Ordering branded workwear does not need to be complicated. Whether you already know exactly what you want or need a bit of guidance, we make the process straightforward from garment choice to delivery.

Here’s what to expect when ordering branded workwear from us.

Step 1.

Choose your garments

Browse our product range online and select the styles that suit your business, team or staff. Whether you need everyday workwear, hospitality uniforms, healthcare clothing or branded layers for outdoor work, you can start by choosing the garments that best fit the job.

Step 2.

Add your logo or request help

If you already have artwork ready, you can upload your logo when ordering or send it to us when requesting a quote. If you are not sure whether embroidery or print is the better option, we can help guide you based on your logo, garment choice and budget.

Step 3.

We review your order and artwork

We check the details of your order and review your artwork to make sure it is suitable for the branding method chosen. If anything needs clarified, we will be in touch before production begins.

Step 4.

Approve the details

For quote-based orders, we confirm the garments, branding positions with digital mock-ups, pricing and any artwork requirements before going ahead. This helps make sure everything is clear before your order moves into production.

Step 5.

We produce your order

Once everything is confirmed, your garments move into production. Depending on the order, this may involve embroidery, print, or a combination of both. All garments are customised to order.

Step 6.

We dispatch your order

When your order is complete, we carefully pack it and send it out using our delivery partners. Our standard production lead time is usually around 7–10 working days, depending on the size and nature of the order. For full delivery details, please see our Delivery information page.
